Da Big Island Burn is from our good friend Erin M. Byrne. She makes her small batch hot sauce in Kailua Kona, on Da Big Island of Hawaii, near Kona Brewery. She blends local Hawaiian specialties, such as pineapple, mango, 100% Kona Coffee and lilikoi (aka passion fruit), with Hawaiian chili peppers and local organic honey to create a deliciously spicy taste of the Hawaiian Islands! This is a true Hawaiian Hot Sauce, with locally sourced ingredients, each batch made right here on the Big Island.
